The Junior Blues Under 12s provide quality rugby in an enjoyable and structured environment supported by a team of RFU qualified volunteers. In keeping with all Bedfordshire and East Midlands rugby clubs, we play under the RFU's 'Age Grade Rugby' - a deliberately child-centric approach to the game. Through this phased approach to learning, we introduce children to the rugby skills that they will then use for the rest of their playing days (and the social skills and friendships that will help them throughout life).
We are passionate about what we do, but what we are not about winning matches at all costs. The core values of rugby – Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, Sportsmanship – are at the heart of what we do and our goal is to allow all our players to experience the fellowship, fun and excitement that rugby offers.
The main changes to the game for the 2019-20 season are:

We offer trial sessions for new players during September so you can "Give Rugby a Try" before fully joining. From October we then alternate between training sessions and friendly home and away fixtures with other rugby clubs.
